The Role
Bexorg is seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager & Culture Champion to serve as the backbone of our day-to-day office operations while bringing our culture to life in tangible, consistent ways.
This is a hybrid role:
Office Operations: You ensure the office runs seamlessly—anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating an environment where teams can do their best work.
Culture Execution: You partner with leadership and HR to operationalize and support culture—not by designing it, but by executing and scaling the moments, rituals, and experiences that define it.

What You’ll Own
Office Operations & Administrative Excellence
Maintain a highly functional, organized, and welcoming office environment
Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities coordination, mail, and shipments
Own onboarding logistics (workspace setup, welcome experience, materials, new hire swag)
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal logistics as needed
Support document management, templates, and digital signature processes
Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners
Culture Execution & Employee Experience
Bring Bexorg’s culture to life through consistent, high-quality execution
Plan and execute company events, team offsites, and internal gatherings
Support and maintain internal communication channels and tools (e.g., Haystack, Slack, Egnyte)
Coordinate and execute company “rituals” (milestones, celebrations, recognitions)
Manage company swag, gifting, and appreciation efforts
HR & People Operations Support
Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR function across day-to-day activities
Coordinate recruiting logistics, including posting roles, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications
Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics (e.g., documentation, scheduling, system access coordination)
Prepare and distribute new hire materials and support a smooth first-day experience
Maintain and organize HR documentation, templates, and tracking tools
Support the distribution of internal communications related to HR programs, updates, and key initiatives
Assist with ad hoc HR-related administrative tasks as needed
External Engagement & Brand Touchpoints
Coordinate external-facing initiatives such as community partnerships and events
Support brand consistency across office experience, events, and materials
Assist with light website and social media updates as needed
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative support (startup or biotech experience a plus)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong execution mindset—someone who follows through and gets things done
Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High ownership mentality with a “no job too small, no job too big” attitude
Comfortable working across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and Microsoft Office
Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.

The Role
At Bexorg, the Perfusion Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our platform. This position is essential to maintaining the daily readiness, functionality, and efficiency of our perfusion systems.
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support Operations and R&D by executing perfusion runs, preparing solutions, maintaining lab best practices, troubleshooting equipment issues, documenting experimental results, and handling sample collection.
This role requires strict adherence to aseptic techniques, compliance with experimental protocols, and maintaining an organized, secure, and efficient lab environment. Key Responsibilities
Assemble, prime, decontaminate, and maintain perfusion devices to ensure proper functionality, sterility, and readiness for experimental procedures.
Operate and maintain basic laboratory equipment, such as a pH meter, analytical balance, and/or biosafety cabinets; perform procedures for standard laboratory assays; and effectively perform aseptic techniques.
Collect and record data according to established protocols and maintain accurate, up-to-date records. The employee will be expected to acquire a level of knowledge to properly execute experiments and analyze results.
Responsible for general laboratory maintenance; preparing solutions, reagents, and media following defined laboratory protocols; inventory supplies on a weekly basis. Request materials and supplies as necessary in accordance with established procedures; stock supplies upon receipt.
Operate lab computers for data entry and maintain complete and up-to-date strain, reagent, and chemical lists.
Exchange data and other information in an appropriate manner, requiring good oral and written communication skills.
Promote a collaborative, cooperative work environment.
Comply with biohazard safety standards by properly handling potentially hazardous chemical and biological agents in the workplace.
Identify and report problems in completing routine lab procedures.
Lead laboratory and supply maintenance activities, ensuring all scheduled activities are completed and signed off by the manager or designate.
Preferred Education and Qualifications
BS in a science field, biology, molecular biology, bioengineering, or other biology-relevant fields are preferred.
Experience operating electrical and nonelectrical laboratory equipment and potentially dangerous substances (flammable liquids, infectious bacteria, biohazards, etc.).
Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems.
Analytical and numerical skills: the ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement and to use concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.
Ability to perform physically demanding work such as moving and lifting equipment, standing for long periods of time, etc.
Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
Eager to develop skills in experiment planning, execution, data analysis, and documentation.
Can work independently and also excel in a team environment.
Willingness to take on non-traditional tasks, roles, responsibilities, and challenges needed to accomplish company goals and objectives.

This position is based in a laboratory setting and operates on a multiple-shift schedule, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Candidates must be available for on-call rotations as needed.
We offer competitive shift differential pay for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Specific details regarding shift assignments and differential rates will be discussed during the hiring process.

About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven, scientifically literate Director of Marketing & Sales to expand our organotypic brain slice platform into the biotechnology and pharmaceutical markets. This is a hands-on role focused on active selling, pipeline development, and growing our customer base — particularly with CROs and drug discovery teams.
The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with ex vivo and in vitro CNS models, an established network across drug discovery and translational neuroscience teams, and a proven track record of closing complex, consultative sales in a life sciences services or tools company.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Actively prospect, qualify, and close new accounts at pharma, biotech, and CRO
organizations with a need for ex vivo CNS models in drug discovery and safety testing.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outreach, conference networking,
referrals, and follow-up on inbound leads.
• Develop and manage relationships with CROs as both direct customers and referral
partners, including negotiating service agreements and preferred vendor arrangements.
• Conduct scientific presentations and product demonstrations to R&D teams,
pharmacologists, and in vitro biology leads.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts, contacts, and pipeline activity in the CRM.
Marketing & Scientific Communication
• Produce and distribute scientific and commercial content including application notes, case studies, conference posters, and email campaigns targeted at drug discovery audiences.
• Represent the company at key industry conferences (e.g., SfN, SLAS, BIO, CNS Summit), managing booth presence and follow-up with contacts made on-site.
• Work with internal scientists to develop clear, accurate customer-facing materials that
communicate the value and differentiation of our brain slice models.
• Manage LinkedIn presence and digital outreach to maintain visibility with target accounts.
Customer & Internal Collaboration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing accounts through the sales cycle and initial project onboarding.
• Relay customer needs and technical feedback to the R&D and operations teams to support service delivery and inform future assay development.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handoff of new contracts.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in neuroscience, biology, pharmacology, or a related life science field;
advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive commercial experience in life sciences, with at least 3 years in a
director-level or senior sales/marketing role.
• Direct experience selling preclinical models, CRO services, or research tools (e.g., ex vivo tissue models, organoids, primary cell assays, electrophysiology platforms) into pharma and biotech.
• Demonstrated experience working with or selling to CROs, including understanding of their procurement and service delivery models.
• Established network within CNS/neuroscience drug discovery and translational
pharmacology communities.
• Strong scientific acumen with the ability to engage credibly with PhD-level scientists and R&D decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Hubspot or equivalent) and data-driven pipeline
management.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on laboratory experience with ex vivo brain slice preparations, electrophysiology, or related neuroscience techniques.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment where commercial infrastructure was built from early stages.
• Familiarity with CNS therapeutic areas including neurodegeneration, epilepsy, pain, and
psychiatric disorders.
• Existing relationships with business development and in vivo/in vitro pharmacology leaders at top-20 pharma or mid-size biotech companies.
• Experience developing pricing models for custom research services or fee-for-service
agreements.
